Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp green chili pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 4 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • Powdered cinnamon
  • 1 blueberry bagel
  • 1 goat cheese
  • 2 slices leg ham
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 3 tbsp blueberry chutney

Preparation

Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a saucepan and add the chopped onion, garlic, pepper, and ginger. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes until brown.

Add blueberries and sugar, stir for five minutes, then add vinegar and cinnamon. Cook everything for thirty minutes over medium-low heat, stirring every once in a while. Pour in a jar.

To assemble the bagel:
Open the bagel, ham slices, goat cheese slices, lettuce, and two tablespoons of blueberry chutney.
