Ingredients

  • 4 cooked abalones

Dressing

  • ½ cup coriander
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free unflavored yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scallion
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and blend. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Thinly slice the abalones and blueberries.
  3. In a plate, alternate a layer of abalone with a layer of blueberries and pour sauce over them.
