Ingredients

  • 8 tortillas
  • 8 slices pastrami
  • 2 oz arugula
  • 8 leaves hydroponic lettuce
  • 3.5 oz dehydrated blueberries
  • 3.5 oz light cream cheese
  • 3.5 oz natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 2 avocados
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1:
Melt the cream cheese in the microwave, then incorporate the natural yoghurt and minced chives.

Step 2:
Spread the cream cheese and yoghurt paste on each tortilla, and put the dehydrated blueberries across the tortilla.

Step 3:
Then add the pastrami, lettuce leaves, arugula, and sliced avocado.

Step 4:
Roll it up and cut in half. Ready to enjoy in your picnic day. You may use the remaining cream cheese and yoghurt sauce as a dipping sauce.
