Ingredients

  • 2 lb cube roll
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 lb Hortifrut frozen mixed berries
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Potatoes
  • Tomato
  • Onion

Preparation

On a grill over low heat, grill the cube roll, salting both sides of the meat.

Separately, prepare the mixed berries in a saucepan over medium heat, softening the berries and obtaining a smooth sauce. Add sugar to taste and some red wine.

To serve with the meat, prepare some rustic potatoes and a Chilean tomato with onion salad.

Once the meat is done, serve together with the salad, pour the berry sauce over the meat, and enjoy!
