Cherry-mint jam

  • 10.5 oz cherries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp powdered stevia
  • 2 mint sprigs


First, pit the cherries and cut into 4 pieces. Put them in a pot with water and mint sprigs.

Cook and stir to soften the cherries. If the water runs out add another dash and so on until obtaining a creamy and think cherry consistency. Cook for 20 minutes.

Then add sweetener and mix well. Remove from the heat and mix with an electric mixer to grind the large pieces (you can leave a few).

Allow to cool at room temperature and once cool, store in a glass jar.
