  • Strawberries
  • 2 homemade yoghurts
  • 1/2 package cream cheese
  • 1 gelatin sheet or unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut flour
  • 2 tbsp butter


For the crust:

Mix the different types of flour with the melted butter and put in the mold. Bake at low temperature for 20 minutes. Let it sit.

For the filling:

Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender with the previously dissolved gelatin. After that, pour the mixture over the crust and put in the fridge until firm, or in the freezer if you want it to be like an ice cream cake. Decorate!
