  • 8.5 oz flour
  • 5.5 oz butter
  • 3 oz powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract


  • 1 lb 5 oz green apples
  • 7 oz blueberries
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar


  • 8 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 4.2 oz margarine
  • 6 oz flour 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Vanilla


Step 1:
Sift the flour and mix it with powdered sugar, then add the butter. Knead until smooth. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Line the baking pan with the dough and prebake for 15 minutes at 350°F

Step 2:
Rinse and peel the apple, then cut it into thin wedges. Make a caramel and when it gets brownish, add the butter and apples, and sauté until cooked. After that, mix with the blueberries and cinnamon. Pour into the baking pan.

Step 3:
For the streusel, mix all the ingredients until obtaining a crust that is not too thick. Cover the whole surface. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes, until the dough is golden and cooked.

Step 4:
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
