Chop the Hortifrut strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, and place them in a glass dish in an orderly manner.

Separately, prepare a 3.5 oz clear gelatin envelope (unflavored), adding one teaspoon of honey and dissolving into two cups of water.

Pour the gelatin mixture evenly onto the dish with berries, covering every space. Finally refrigerate and wait for one hour.

Carefully remove the jelly cake from the dish and serve with fresh berries.
