Ingredients

(1 glass)

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 3 to 4 strawberries, sliced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1.7 fl oz gin
  • Tonic water to taste

Preparation

  1. Put ice in a glass and add lemon slices, lemon juice and strawberries. Stir.
  2. Add gin, mix, and then add tonic water to taste when serving. Stir with a stirring stick or bar spoon.
