Strawberry and pastrami salad

  • 10.5 oz mixed greens (can be lettuce, arugula, cress, mizuna, or whatever you prefer)
  • 5.3 oz pastrami
  • 5.3 oz fresh strawberries
  • 3.5 oz Roquefort cheese

For the dressing:

  • 1.7 fl oz lemon juice
  • 4 fl oz (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper


Prepare the dressing by putting all the ingredients in a jar, and blend with a hand blender or blender until smooth.

Then make a base of mixed greens in a bowl and sliced strawberries on top. Add shredded Roquefort cheese and, lastly, pastrami.

Add dressing to taste before serving.

*The dressing can be refrigerated for a month.
