Ingredients

  • 1.8 lb chicken fillets
  • 10.5 oz blueberries
  • 17 fl oz cream
  • A pinch of curry
  • 1.3 lb potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3.5 oz butter
  • 1.7 fl oz white wine
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash and cut the chicken into strips.

Heat the pan with olive oil and sauté the chicken strips. Once brown, pour the white wine. Put in a clay dish or a baking dish and add cream, salt, pepper, curry and blueberries. Put on the grill and cook until the cream is thick and the chicken is brown.

For the mashed potatoes, peel and cook the potatoes in a pot with salt, and once cooked, mash them with a fork. Add the cream, butter, and sautéed julienned onion. Season with salt and pepper and serve as garnish.
