For the brownie:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4.5 oz butter, cold and melted
  • 8.4 oz sugar
  • 4.2 oz flour
  • 2 oz dark cocoa powder

For the filling:

  • 9 oz cherry jam
  • 9 oz Nutella
  • 9 to 10.5 oz fresh cherries
  • Powdered sugar for serving


Beat the eggs in a bowl until foamy and firm-looking, then add sugar and keep beating until the crystals have dissolved. Add the cold melted butter and mix well. Separately, mix the cocoa and flour and add to the beaten egg mixture.

Put the mixture in an 8-inch diameter mold, previously buttered, and bake in the oven, preheated to 350°F, for 20 to 25 minutes. The center must be moist, but the surface must feel firm. Take out and allow to cool, ideally over a baking rack.

Once the brownie is cold, unmold and cover with cherry jam. Spread the Nutella over it and top with fresh cherries. Sprinkle powdered sugar when serving.
