Ingredients

  • 2.2 lb cherry tomatoes
  • 1.3 lb physalis
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Preparation

Peel the physalis and put in a baking dish together with the rinsed tomatoes.

Cut the garlic cloves into quarters and scatter in the dish.

Sprinkle the physalis and tomatoes with olive oil and salt.

Add rosemary and roast at high temperature in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
