  • Baguette bread
  • Roast beef
  • Raspberry or apricot jam
  • Raspberries for decoration
  • Beetroot leaves


Cut the baguette into slices as thick as a finger, glaze with olive oil, and bake until the bread is brown. Put a teaspoon of raspberry or apricot jam (both work perfectly), then add a piece of roast beef and a beetroot leaf, and decorate with a raspberry.

It is an excellent and easy recipe to surprise your guests.
