  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Rinse the quinoa until the water runs clear.

Combine the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla in a medium pot over low heat. Add the quinoa and stir.

Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom. The mixture will be reduced and thick.

Serve in glasses and allow to cool. Mix the blackberries, raspberries, and honey in a bowl, and add them to the glasses over the cold mixture.
