Grilled sea bass with blueberries and vegetables

  • Sea bass fillets (may be replaced by any other white fish)
  • Lemon zest and juice
  • Basil
  • 3 slices raw ham
  • 2 tbsp black olives, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • Salt, pepper, and condiments to taste
  • Foil paper


Julienne the onion and put a layer on the foil that will wrap the sea bass.

Salt and pepper the fillets on both sides and place over the onion layer. Add the lemon zest, basil, raw ham cut into strips, some lemon juice, and blueberries. Close the foil, completely covering the fish.

Place on the grill for about 15 minutes.
