Chocolate mousse with raspberries

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 7 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 5.6 oz cream cheese
  • Raspberries


Put 1 can of condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of butter in a microwave-safe tall dish. Microwave for 6 minutes.

Carefully take out of the microwave and add 7 oz of chopped semisweet chocolate and 5.6 oz of cream cheese, allow to set for a couple of minutes and stir everything. The chocolate should be melted. Put in small glasses or any container you prefer and put in the fridge. To serve, cover with raspberries (you can put them in the freezer for a while so they are very cold). Finish with a kit kat if you think it needs more glucose.



After the chocolate, add some condensed milk caramel, raspberries, and finally some Chantilly cream (do not forget the kit kat).
