Ingredients

  • 1 lb 2 oz Pacific pomfret
  • 3.5 oz raspberries
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 lemons
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Thinly slice the pomfret and set aside.

Add raspberries (reserve some), lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard in a bowl and stir vigorously.

Thinly dice the cucumber and julienne the onion.

Put the pomfret slices in a plate and incorporate the lemon raspberry dressing.

Add cucumber, onion and raspberry grains on top of the Pacific pomfret.
