Ingredients

(2 servings)

  • 12 blackberries
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 4 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 6 oz ginger beer
  • 2 lemon slices
  • Mint leaves
  • 6 blackberries

Preparation

  1. Mash the blackberries with lemon juice in each glass. (Put 3 in each glass)
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Pour half of the vodka, coconut water and ginger beer into each glass.
  4. Finish with blackberries, mint leaves and lemon slices.
