Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract or powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • Juice of 1 small lemon

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

 

* If all the ingredients are fresh and not frozen, add a few ice cubes.

** For a sweeter smoothie, add sweetener, a couple of dates, or a frozen banana.
