  • Cherries
  • White chocolate for melting
  • Dark chocolate for melting
  • Milk chocolate for melting
  • Sea salt (optional)
  • Orange zest (optional)


Wash and dry the cherries. Then put in a dish or plate and put it in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Be careful not to stack them.

Melt each chocolate in a bain-marie in different bowls.

Take the cherries out of the freezer and dip them one by one in chocolate. Let it dry and place on a silicone sheet or non-stick paper.

*The dark chocolate ones are delicious with a pinch of sea salt, and the milk chocolate ones, with orange zest.
