  • 1 lb 5 oz fresh salmon
  • 2 avocados
  • 6 strawberries
  • 2 oz capers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • Coriander
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Mustard
  • 6 shrimps


Dice the fresh salmon and avocado into small cubes, and set aside in a bowl.

Slice the strawberries.

Add the minced capers and coriander to the salmon.

For the tartare dressing, mix the oil, lemon juice, some mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

Before serving, shake the dressing well and add it to the salmon and avocado.

Place a round-shaped mold on the plate and first add some salmon, then diced avocado, then strawberry slices.

Decorate with shrimp.
