Ricotta and Blueberry Bruschetta

  • 1 baguette
  • Honey
  • 1 small package fresh Hortifrut blueberries
  • 2 small packages ricotta


Cut the baguette into 1-finger wide pieces and bake for a few minutes until crunchy. Wait until it cools off and spread a good amount of ricotta on top. Then place the blueberries covering the bread and finish with a tablespoon of honey on each piece. It is an easy and quick recipe, and your guests will be delighted with this appetizer!
