Ingredients

  • 1 package tea biscuits
  • 3 oz butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3.5 oz white chocolate
  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp
  • Juice of 1 or 2 lemons
  • Berries

Preparation

Mix 1 package of tea biscuits with 3 oz of melted butter and make a crumble. Distribute in transparent glasses and crush with a spoon.

Mix 1 can of condensed milk, 3.5 oz of melted white chocolate, 1 cup of passion fruit pulp (with or without seeds), and if you like sour flavors, you can add the juice of 1 or 2 lemons. Pour the mixture over the biscuits and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Cover with berries right before serving. I used blueberries, raspberries, and rough bindweed fruit. Finish with some meringue!
