  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 6.7 fl oz skim milk
  • 1 oz butter
  • 2 oz organic brown sugar
  • Powdered cinnamon
  • 10.5 oz strawberries
  • 1.7 fl oz mixed berry jam


Mix the eggs and milk until smooth.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter.

Roll the bread slices one by one through the mixture, and put in the pan until brown on both sides. Repeat with all the bread slices.

After that, reserve in the oven at low temperature so that they will not cool down.

Put the toasts on a tray, sprinkle some powdered sugar and cinnamon, spread some mixed berry jam, and put some sliced strawberries on top.
