Ingredients

Crunchy crostini covered with prosciutto, soft cubes of blue cheese, delicious raspberries and blueberries with a touch of olive oil.

  • 1 baguette
  • 7 oz prosciutto
  • 7 oz blue cheese
  • 5.5 oz raspberries
  • 5.5 oz blueberries
  • Virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation

Cut the baguette into thin slices. Add olive oil, season to taste, and roast in the oven at 350°F, until crunchy.

Assembly:
Put the prosciutto slices over the crostini.

Dice the blue cheese into small cubes and put on the roasted baguette with the fresh berries.

To finish, decorate with a touch of green.
