Blackberry Bavarois

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 14 oz blackberries
  • 1 envelope of gelatin

Refrigerate the evaporated milk for at least 12 hours.

Blend 7 oz of frozen blackberries in the blender.

Whip the evaporated milk until it doubles its volume, then the condensed milk.

Hydrate the gelatin, melting it in the microwave.

Add it together with the mashed blackberries, and finally add the 3.5 oz of whole blackberries and mix gently.

Decorate with the remaining blackberries.
