  • 2 cups sweet cookies
  • 1 package cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 3 cups raspberries

10 servings


Step 1:
Crush the cookies by hand.

Step 2:
Whip the cream cheese until soft. Add the condensed milk little by little, as well as the lemon juice.

Step 3:
In a glass, first put a layer of ground cookies, then the cream cheese and raspberry mixture, then cookies again, and cream cheese and raspberry mixture again.

Step 4:
Chill and decorate with a mint leaf.
