  • 14 oz cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 yolks
  • 14 oz mascarpone cheese
  • Orange juice
  • Ladyfingers
  • Raspberries, strawberries or blueberries
  • Dark cocoa powder


Put a metal bowl in the fridge for a few minutes before making the dessert. In the cold bowl, put 14 oz of cream, also previously refrigerated, 1 cup of sugar, 3 egg yolks, and beat at high speed until they double their volume. Add 14 oz of mascarpone cheese (if you don’t have any, use cream cheese, but it will be better with mascarpone). Put the mixture in a pastry bag or a plastic bag.

Pour two cups of orange juice into a soup plate. Dip the ladyfingers in the juice and arrange the first layer in the container you prefer with the soaked ladyfingers. I used two packages of ladyfingers.

Make layers: one of soaked ladyfingers, then one of mascarpone cheese cream, then raspberries. You can also use strawberries, blueberries, or anything you want. Finish the dessert with cream. Sprinkle some dark cocoa powder.
