  • 4 green apples, sliced
  • 10.5 oz Hortifrut frozen mixed berries
  • 2 oz unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 5 tbsp Stevia
  • 1 oz self-rising flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz sliced almonds


Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Peel and cut the apples.

Mix with Hortifrut berries and put in an 8×10-inch rectangular oven-resistant pan.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of stevia over the fruit.

Beat the butter and stevia, add flour, lemon juice, and yolks.

Beat the whites until firm and add to the flour mix in folding motion.

Cover the fruit with this mixture and scatter the almond slices in a regular pattern over the dough.

Bake por 40 min.
