Tofu and Strawberry Brochettes

Ingredients

  • 7 oz tofu
  • 1 egg
  • 12 Hortifrut strawberries
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • Grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper

6 brochettes

Preparation

Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes, add the grated ginger, salt, and pepper, and allow to rest.

Whisk an egg with a fork, put the seeds together in a plate. Roll the tofu cubes through the egg and then through the seeds.

Bake the tofu cubes for 8 minutes at 350°F.

Assemble the brochettes alternating a tofu cube and a strawberry.
