Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp tagatose
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp liquid stevia
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup raspberries

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Put all the wet ingredients in a bowl and the dry ingredients in another one. Leave the raspberries on the side.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl and mix until obtaining a homogeneous dough.

Then add the raspberries and stir in folding motion.

Oil a rectangular baking pan and pour the cake batter in it.

Bake for 40 minutes.
