  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 6 1/2 tbsp (2 oz) sugar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 dash of lemon

4 servings


First, prepare a syrup. For this, mix the sugar, water, and lemon dash in a pot. Heat and when it comes to a boil, lower the heat to a minimum. Cook for 8-10 minutes, set aside, and allow to cool.

Blend the syrup with the fruit.

Pour the liquid into a clean dish (glass or stainless steel) and freeze it.

Scratch the frozen mixture with a spoon and pour into individual glasses, forming a thin slushie that will dissolve in the mouth.
