Ingredients

(6 servings)

For the crumble:

  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 3 tbsp ground oats (like flour)
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Vanilla or cinnamon to taste

For the strawberries:

  • 3 cups strawberries in halves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Powdered cardamom to taste
  • A pinch of salt
  • Berry ice cream to taste

Preparation

Heat the oven to 360°F.

Mix all the ingredients for the crumble together using your hands, then put a piece of parchment paper or silicone sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until brown. Allow to cool, chop and set aside.

Macerate the strawberries chopped in halves along with the rest of the ingredients and allow to set for 30 minutes.

Serve in small bowls, adding the berry ice cream first, then macerated strawberries and then finish with pistachio crumble.
