Ingredients

(8 servings)

  • 2 cups coconut yogurt
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 mango
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 8 popsicle sticks

Preparation

  1. Blend the strawberries with a tablespoon of honey and set aside.
  2. Blend the mango and set aside.
  3. In the popsicle molds, put a spoonful of strawberry pulp, a spoonful of coconut yogurt, and lastly a spoonful of mango pulp. The idea is not to mix them to have big spots of each layer.
  4. Insert the popsicle stick and freeze for 8 hours.
