Ingredients

(4-5 servings)

  • 4 cups ripe peaches, chopped and frozen
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • ? cup coconut cream
  • ? cup brown sugar
  • Ginger grated to taste

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a high-power food processor and blend until smooth.

Put the mixture in the freezer inside a covered container, wait until it freezes.

Remove from the freezer and serve immediately.
